VANCOUVER, BC, April 5, 2024 – The BC Bud Corporation (CSE: BCBC) (OTCQB: BCBCF) (“The BC Bud Co” or the “Company”), a house of high-quality cannabis brands based out of British Columbia, Canada, wishes to announce a proposed nonbrokered private placement (the “Placement”) to raise up to $400,000 through the sale of up to 20,000,000 units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.02 per Unit.
Each Unit will comprise one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of 24 months.
Finder’s fees may be payable on all or any portion of the Placement, which is subject to regulatory and exchange approval.
The proceeds of the Placement will be utilized for business development and general working capital purposes.
